If your payment won't go through, it's almost always one of these — try in this order:
Use a different card. The quickest fix. Some banks block cross-border or online-merchant payments by default.
Check with your bank. International or first-time online payments are often declined automatically for security. A quick call or app approval usually solves it.
Confirm your details and funds. Card number, expiry, CVC, and billing address must match your bank's records, with enough balance.
Complete the verification (3-D Secure) step. If your bank sends a confirmation code or app prompt, you must approve it to finish the payment.
Try a different browser or device, and disable ad-blockers or VPN — these can block the secure payment window. Reloading the page and starting the payment fresh also clears most "failed to create payment intent" errors.
Your charge appears on your statement as DoVisa. You may also see messages like "Your card was declined" or "Please check your payment details" — these come from your bank or card, and the steps above resolve almost all of them. If none of this works, reply here with the exact error message and we'll sort it out.
