How much can be refunded depends on how far your application has progressed by the time you ask, because we begin work as soon as you pay. Refund requests must be made within 3 months of purchase, and the policy applies to all processing speeds (Standard, Rush, Super Rush).

For eVisa / eTA applications:

  • Full service-fee refund — if your application is still Incomplete or Received (not yet submitted to the government).

  • Partial refund (75% of the service fee) — if your application is Reviewed or Info Needed (under our internal review, not yet submitted).

  • No refund — once it's Waiting on Government or Complete/Rejected by Gov, because our service has been completed regardless of the government's decision.

For appointment / embassy visas:

  • Up to a full refund before any payment is made to the embassy or visa center.

  • No refund once payment has been made to the embassy or visa processing center.

Government / consular fees are non-refundable once submitted — unless you purchased Denial Protection with your order. A visa refusal by the destination country is not itself grounds for a refund of work already completed, since approval is never guaranteed.

Refund timing: once approved, DoVisa processes refunds within up to 3 business days, and it can then take up to 14 business days (Mon–Fri) for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

To request a refund, reply here with your order number, or contact us on WhatsApp (+372 559 430 90) or at [email protected].
