Denial Protection is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. If your visa application is denied, you get a full refund of your DoVisa service fee — no questions asked. It also covers your government fee refund in cases where that fee would otherwise be non-refundable.

If your application is later denied, Denial Protection activates automatically and your refund is processed — typically within 5–7 business days.
